Classes

Classes run all year round including school holidays and bank holidays unless otherwise stated. 

The classes run in the stated locations (village halls etc) and simultaneously over video call for anyone who can't be there in person. I also record myself during the session and send the recording out to anyone who has paid for but not attended the session to do in there own time over the next week before the recording is deleted. Recordings are not guaranteed as technical issues do happen. The camera only points at me but your voice may be recorded.

Sessions can be bought individually or in blocks of six via the shop page.
A block of six refers to the next six sessions following the purchase, i.e. the next six that I run, not necessarily the next six that you attend.

I also offer a monthly option for those who wish to come regularly. Monthly is a flat rate of £34 per calendar month, per person, per class paid by standing order. This will include access to some online Pilates workout videos. The aim here is to make things easy, smooth out the payments over the year and the potentially lower price per session factors in some sick days and holidays throughout the year. You can opt out of pay monthly at any time, but if you switch to a different payment system, then you must wait six months before you can revert to monthly payments again.
